September is both National Su***de Prevention Month and National Recovery Month, a time to remind one another that hope is real, help is available, and recovery is possible. Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and substance use, support those who are struggling, and celebrate the strength of those on their recovery journey. ๐Ÿ’œ ***dePreventionMonth

Last week, our teams came together for our annual all-staff retreat. It was a much needed day filled with meaningful conversations, activities that help foster inclusion, a guided tour of the iconic Spokesman-Review and space to connect, learn, and reflect.

So grateful for the people who make this work meaningful every day. ๐Ÿ’™
