A big thank you to Holy Cross Lutheran Church’s Lutheran Women’s Missionary League for collecting donations for LCSNW!

Their group gathered sunscreen and summer items to help support the people we serve, along with a financial donation. We’re so grateful for their kindness, generosity and continued support of our community. 💙

We're celebrating foster parents like Beck and Tom, along with staff and volunteers who make a difference in a refugee youth's life.

"We chose to foster because the need weighed in our hearts, and we knew we had something to give. It has been an honor to be part of a community committed to helping young people feel safe, supported, and cared for."

Thank you to everyone helping make a difference in the lives of refugee youth. If you've ever thought about getting involved, we'd love to connect and share how you can help make an impact. Call our office to speak with someone in our program or email [email protected].

You do not need to have all the answers to explore foster parenting.
Many foster families begin with questions and curiosity. What matters most is a willingness to provide consistency, compassion, and support for a youth navigating a major life change.
Our URM team provides guidance, training, and ongoing support throughout the foster care journey.

is a reminder that caring for ourselves and each other matters. 💚
Our team took time to step outside, slow down, and fill the sidewalks with encouraging messages, creativity, and connection. It was a chance to recharge together and spread a little kindness along the way.

Behind every youth in foster care is a team of people working to create safety, stability, and hope for the future.

Our URM staff support refugee youth with compassion, advocacy, and connection every single day, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered as they build a new future here in our community. We are so deeply grateful for the foster parents, staff, volunteers, and community members who make this work possible. 💙
