Due to a mixup, the wrong date was published for Game Day this month! We try to have the 3rd Sunday for our Game Day meeting and had posted it on the 4th! St. Pat's Day. Next meeting is the April Neurodiversity Awareness day at the Spokane Indians Game. Hope to see you there. We'll be in section 222 if you need to get tickets. Here's the winning hand for the Apples to Apples game...does it describe our winner?

Interested in cooperative homeownership for adults with I/DDs?
Parkview Services, in partnership with Northwest Cooperative Development Center, is hosting a series of information sessions for our Home Together Cooperative Homeownership program, a limited equity co-op model funded by the Kuni Foundation.

A limited equity co-op keeps homes permanently affordable by limiting resale prices, while still offering the stability, dignity, and benefits of homeownership.

These sessions are a chance to explore whether cooperative housing could be a good fit for you or a family member. We’ll walk through how co-op homeownership works, timelines to move-in, and key details, with time for questions. Each session shares the same information.

📍 Spokane-area sessions
• Saturday, January 10 at 1:00 PM
Central Library, 906 W Main Ave
• Saturday, February 14 at 2:00 PM
The Hive, 2904 E Sprague Ave
• Saturday, March 14
Location and time TBD

This model is designed to create stable, affordable homeownership opportunities specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Please help us share this opportunity with families, self-advocates, and community partners.
