Being a good person isn’t the absence of failing; instead, it’s the determination to decide, and keep on deciding, to get up and continue on.


Relaxing is a good way gain and maintain anger management. A lot people find deep breathing, yoga, and other slow nonstrenuous exercises very helpful and calming.

Anger management is not learning how not to be angry, but learning how to be angry. 😉


Assertive behavior or an assertive lifestyle can enable us to remain in control when we are angry or have been wronged. Remember Self-control is not only goodly behavior it's Godly behavior.


Stay Woke? What does it mean to you? To me, it means we need to be aware of our surroundings at all times. Know what's going on in our governments; local, state, and federal. Know what's going on in our homes, with our children and loved ones. Know what's going on with our schools at every level. What does it mean to you?

Being lonely hurts — it can even negatively impact your health. But the mere act of being alone with oneself doesn’t have to be bad, and experts say it can even benefit your social relationships, improve your creativity and confidence, and help you regulate your emotions so that you can better deal with adverse situations.

“It’s not that solitude is always good, but it can be good” if you’re open to rejecting the idea — common in the west — that time by yourself is always a negative experience you’re being forced into, according to Thuy-vy Nguyen, an assistant professor in the department of psychology at Durham University, who studies solitude.

“We have some evidence to show that valuing solitude doesn’t really hurt your social life, in fact, it might add to it,” she said, pointing out that because solitude helps us regulate our emotions, it can have a calming effect that prepares us to better engage with others.

Choosing to spend time doing things by yourself can have mental, emotional and social benefits, but the key to reaping those positive rewards comes from choosing to spend time alone. In a culture where we often confuse being alone for loneliness, the ability to appreciate time by ourselves prevents us from processing the experience as a negative thing. In fact, getting better at identifying moments when we need solitude to recharge and reflect can help us better handle negative emotions and experiences, like stress and burnout, said Emily Roberts, a psychotherapist.

Anger control:
Anger can seriously impact our lives in a negative way if it is not contained and dealt with properly. Not knowing how to control your anger can soon lead to complete loss of control of all of our emotions as well as our lives.

It is important that we learn how to control our anger and learn how to use it in a positive way. When dealing with anger, it is important that we learn what our hot buttons are.

Learning what we need to stay away from can make a big difference when we are trying to get a hold on our anger. People have different hot buttons, what makes one person angry may not be the same for another person, this is why it is important that we figure out our own hot buttons. It is also important that we know the signs (our anger signals) when we are becoming angry.

Just as with hot buttons people will have different signals that they are becoming angry. However, many of these signals will be the same, and easy to become recognizable.
