Today at 1445 units were dispatched for a structure fire in the Partlow area. Career staff on Rescue 4 responded, with a Volunteer from 4 and support staff on Air and Light 1. Along with Captain Maddison from SVFD Company 9, Admin Steve Milne and others to provide rehab and air cylinder refill.

Workforce: E3, RE8, E9, K1, K2, K3, K7, K9, R4, Louisa K2, ambulances 3, 6, 7, 9. BC1, EMS 1, Safety 1, FM4 and Air & Light 1.

This Friday is First Responder night with a great band! First responders get 10% off with ID to enter to listen to the band.

SVFD Co 4 will be there selling hotdog meals starting at approximately 5:30 until sell out.

Hot dog/chips/bottled water for $5

Cash is preferred (exact amount is appreciated ), credit card also accepted.

Come support a great group of individuals and listen to some good music. Weather looks like it's gonna be great!

Come out for dinner tomorrow night! Help us support one of good ones!

Your plans for dinner tomorrow night are set! What a great way to spend part of Mother's Day weekend by helping another Mom. All of the shopping is done and we are ready for you all tomorrow.

Cash is preferred (exact change is appreciated), but we will have a credit card machine as well.

There's still time if you can donate desserts, please email below. Desserts will need to be dropped at the firehouse by noon tomorrow. Thank you!

This week Captain Pummer, Lt. Patacsil, and Lt.White traveled to Indianapolis for FDIC, while there they attended several classes to learn new techniques for forcible entry and Mayday Firefighter Down to bring back to Spotsy and better the men and women who serve.

Captain Pummer has finished Fire Officer 2 and is no longer an Acting Captain. Congratulations Cap!
