4th of July Bicycle Parade with Spring Hill, TN Parks & Recreation is just one of the three events at the Run for Hunger 2026: 5K, Color Fun Run, Bicycle Parade and Miles for Meals !

We are now just over two weeks away from our 5th Annual Run For Hunger, benefiting The Well Outreach. We know that some of those who will join us will be dedicated runners, and so we have had our course surveyed this past weekend. It has been mapped, measured and sent to USATF for official 5K certification!

And there are Event Options for your whole Family:
-Timed 5K
-Color Foam Fun Run
-July 4th Children’s Bicycle Parade
-Miles for Meals Fundraising Page

No matter which option you choose, we invite you to help us as a Miles For Meals fundraiser! You can make a difference with your race training by participating in this new option to help The Well Outreach continue to feed local families.

Grocery prices remain high, and experts warn they could only get worse soon. International supermarket chain Aldi is gearing up to help make it a little easier this week.
