You're invited to attend tonight's City Council meeting and Budget Work Session.

Join us at 6 p.m. as the City Council talks about

- The 2027 City Budget
- The City of Spring Hill's logo and branding.

Then, stay for the City Council meeting at 7 p.m.

Both meetings are held at the Spring Hill Civic Center, 401 N. Madison St.

On the City Council agenda:
- Acceptance of an annexation request of nearly 150 acres at the northeast corner of 183rd St. and Woodland Road.

- Approval for a funding agreement with CNC Development, LLC for future residential development in the northeast corner of 183rd St. and Woodland Road.

- Presentation on the Safe Streets for All year-end review.

- Presentation on exceeding the revenue neutral rate.

The US National Weather Service Kansas City Missouri has issued a tornado watch until 9 p.m. tonight in Spring Hill.

We had an amazing turnout at the June First Fridays!

- shopped dozens of vendors

TRAFFIC ALERT: Webster St.

Watch for flaggers on Webster St. starting Monday, June 8.

Construction crews are repaving the roadway between South St. and S. Victory Road.

One lane will be closed, with flaggers directing traffic between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The project is expected to be completed by Friday, June 12, weather permitting, with pavement markings happening the following week.

🚛 Waste Management moves to its summer schedule next week.

To make sure your trash, recycling, and yard waste are collected, place your items at the curb the night before your scheduled pickup.

Service will begin at 5 a.m. (instead of 6 a.m.) to get WM staff out of the heat earlier.

The summer schedule runs from June 8 to Sept. 12.
