Remember, this is the first of three progress monitoring windows that gives us valuable information about what your child knows as we start the year. This will help us best support their individual needs and monitor their growth throughout the year. We’re excited to see all they accomplish!

We are so excited to have a magician come to MGES to host our first Splash Club Celebration of the year 🪄🎩!

Keep checking your child's planners to see if they are on track to earn the 28 Splash Points or more that are needed to attend by the end of the quarter. Students earn a point each day for following our schoolwide expectations of being Safe, United, Responsible and Friendly!🐬💙

🎉 House Sorting is COMPLETE! 🎉

We’ve officially finished visiting all of our classrooms and spinning the wheel to see which house each student will represent this year!

If your child was absent, don’t worry! They’ll have a chance to spin the wheel and discover their house when they return by visiting the front office.

We are so grateful to the Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office for their generous donation supporting our school’s ABC Program! 💙

These funds help provide students and families with basic necessities, removing barriers so our students can focus on learning and success.

Mrs. Bonnett and Mrs. Torre had so much fun visiting classrooms today and watching our students spin the wheel to discover which house they will represent this year: Voyagers, Navigators, Anchors, or Horizons! 🌊✨

Each student who spun today received a bracelet featuring their house. Students can also show their house pride by purchasing a house shirt using the link below. 👕

As students continue earning badges in the Pasco One App for demonstrating our school-wide expectations of being Safe, United, Responsible, and Friendly, their points will also count toward their house total!

We can’t wait to spin the wheel with the rest of our classes throughout the week and to see which house earns the most points by the end of September and takes home our FIRST House Cup! 🏆🎉
