CITY OF FERRYSBURG INVITATION TO BID:
CITY GARDEN FENCING
Sealed bids for the purchase of previously used City garden fencing will be received by the City of Ferrysburg, 17520 Ridge Avenue, P.O. Box 38, Ferrysburg, MI 49409-0038, until 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The fencing being offered for sale consists of approximately 350 linear feet of fencing measuring 3 feet in height, including all related hardware and accessories.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Amber Schaner, City Clerk, and clearly marked “Fencing Bid.”
The fencing is being sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal and transportation of the fencing unless otherwise specified by the City. A minimum bid of $50.00 is required.
The City of Ferrysburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in the bidding process, and accept the bid determined to be in the best interest of the City.
