Bluff Country Toastmasters Bluff Country Toastmasters is an organization that helps teach public speaking and leadership skills in a fun environment.

We are Bluff Country Toastmasters Club, tucked away in the rural community of Spring Valley in Southern Minnesota. Our membership is open to everyone 18 and older. We meet at the Spring Valley Public Library every Tuesday evening from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Our members come from many neighboring communities including Iowa. Toastmasters International is an educational organization dedicated to helping

its members develop and improve their communication and leadership skills. As a member of Bluff Country Toastmasters Club #1181, you will have the opportunity to improve your speaking, listening, and leadership skills in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
