Thank you to the Spring Valley Legion Post 227 & Auxiliary for honoring and remembering those who have fallen and those who were taken too soon. These moments remind us how fortunate we are to live in such a caring and patriotic community.

It’s EMS Week, the one week a year where it’s socially acceptable to thank EMS crews for surviving on coffee, gas station snacks, and very little sleep. 🚑☕😅

At Spring Valley Area Ambulance, we want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing EMTs and first responders who somehow manage to keep showing up ready to help… even at 3 AM when nobody else wants to answer the phone/pager.

We’re also incredibly thankful for our neighboring EMS agencies, fire departments, law enforcement, hospitals, and healthcare partners. Whether it’s lifting patients, sharing calls, covering shifts, or helping us laugh through the chaos, we couldn’t do this job without you.

EMS takes teamwork, dedication, compassion… and occasionally an unhealthy amount of caffeine.

Thank you to everyone who serves our communities and helps keep the wheels turning - literally and figuratively. Your dedication, teamwork, and commitment never go unnoticed, even if the coffee makers and energy drink suppliers might argue they deserve some credit too.

WISCONSIN STATEWIDE TORNADO DRILLS CANCELED!

The annual statewide tornado drills for Wisconsin scheduled for today, Thursday, April 16, 2026, are being canceled in light of recent severe weather events that have impacted communities across Wisconsin. There will not be an alternate date for these drills.

What an absolutely incredible day at our 37th Annual Pancake Breakfast & Silent Auction! 🥞💛

We are beyond humbled and grateful for the overwhelming support from our community. From the early morning pancake flippers to the generous bidders, sponsors, and everyone who came out to eat, laugh, and give; you made this event truly special.

Because of you, we are one step closer to purchasing our next ambulance to better serve our community. That’s something to be proud of. Every silent auction bid placed and every dollar donated is an investment in the safety and well-being of our friends, neighbors, and families.

It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we come together with a shared purpose. Thank you for believing in our mission and for showing up in such a big way.
