Ensure the focus of decisions is what is best for the students of KISD. We must never and will never steer away from the fact that all decisions must hinge on what is best for all 53,000 students at Klein ISD.
2. Focus on supporting initiatives that serve the special needs children of our school district. We must have the top-notch programs for our special needs kids. Special need student populat
ion is growing faster each year. We have to ensure our programs have the proper support and funding to prove our students with the best technology and new initiatives to support their learning and development.
3. Ensure we employ our own moral language rather than allow our school district to be confined by categories of critical race theory. We will focus on excellence, a common standard that challenges people of all backgrounds to achieve their own potential. We must encourage to understand our history, the true history of America. The American story is one of injustices but place them in contest of how our nations high ideals and the progress that has been made because of those injustices.
4. Continue to focus on transparency of the taxpayers dollars and to ensure they are spent wisely and efficiently. I will use my business background to ensure the district is continuing its 11 years of success by meeting the needs of the district in a fiscally responsible fashion. If elected I will be joining a team of professionals that have worked hard to make KISD the best school district in Texas. I will be joining a winning team focused on continuing to focus on every student. We will continue the success the board has achieved by staying as the #1 district in Texas for many years to come!
