It’s important to take care of your physical and mental health during this time. What are you doing to stay healthy?? Check out 1st Lt. James West, platoon leader, and Staff Sgt. Manuel Delgada, platoon sergeant, Division Tactile Platoon, Signal Intelligence Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), increase their physical readiness by adapting their physical fitness plan to utilize the equipment they have on hand. Units across the division are adapting their PT plans to follow CDC recommendations, maintaining six feet of separation and sanitizing their equipment in between sets when conducting physical training.
“PT might not be the most important thing you do that day, but it is the most important thing you do every day in the Army,” said former Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel Dailey.
