Our community outing to Honors Café was more than just a trip — it was a walk through history. Our residents enjoyed visiting this veteran-owned café, exploring meaningful artifacts, sharing stories, and revisiting moments that shaped generations. Our residents wrapped up our monthly Passport to Adventure theme to Mexico with a delicious live chef demo by Chef Time! Residents enjoyed watching homemade churros prepared fresh right in front of them — bringing sweet treats, culture, and fun together for the perfect ending to an amazing month of adventure!

Tail wags, warm cuddles, and meaningful moments Today, our residents enjoyed a special pet therapy visit from Winston! Pet therapy can provide comfort, reduce anxiety, encourage social interaction, and spark joyful memories for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The simple companionship of a furry friend can truly brighten someone’s day and bring a sense of calm and connection.

Today’s Men’s Luncheon was filled with powerful conversation, reflection, and connection as Coach P shared his journey with the fellas — opening up about how he grew up and the experiences that shaped him into the man and leader he is today.

After 20+ years developing leaders in athletics and education, earning District Teacher of the Year and multiple Coach of the Year honors, Coach P continues to inspire through mentorship, wisdom, and authenticity.

Residents enjoyed great fellowship while being served a delicious shrimp étouffée prepared by our amazing culinary team. Moments like these remind us that leadership, growth, and community never stop at any age.

Our Passport to Adventure took us straight to Mexico for an afternoon full of flavor, music, and memories! Residents enjoyed house-made margaritas, incredible cuisine prepared by our talented culinary team, and live music that kept the celebration going all afternoon long. Experiences like these make every destination special right here at home.
