Kuehnle Elementary PTO This is a Parent/Teacher organization supporting Kuehnle Elementary. The purpose of our page is to Do not post photos of other children.

Our goal is to share information and tips, update the community on events and programs, and showcase the achievements of students, teachers, parents, and other community members. Community Rules -

-We encourage you to ask questions and share information. We request that you keep discussions focused directly concerning our school community.

-We encourage posts that highlight our community’s acco

mplishments and constructively raise issues for discussion.

-When posting, please use appropriate language. Children can see our page (or group).

-If you choose, you can post photos of your children at school events. If you have any questions about posting a particular photo, please check with the page (group) administrator.

-Do not post about concerns, problems, or conflicts with individual teachers, administrators, students, or parents. We will immediately delete posts that in any way put down or discriminate against individuals.

-Online threats will be taken seriously, and proper authorities will be immediately notified.

-Do not post information commonly understood as confidential, such as student grades.

-Any inflammatory statements that make allegations against individuals or organizations will be deleted.

-Keep in mind what you post is public information (or, if this pertains to a Facebook group, state that it is public to all members of the group).

-Any advertising for businesses is not allowed.

-Do not publish content as your own that has been created by others.

-Add any additional elements that pertain to your specific school community. The PTO board and PTO Facebook administrators reserve the right to delete comments and block users who are not following the rules stated above.

🎪 ONE WEEK until our first General PTO Membership Meeting followed by Fall Open House on Thursday, September 3rd!

🤹 Everyone is invited to attend the PTO meeting in the cafeteria from 5-5:30pm where we will be introducing the board members and presenting our 2026-2027 budget along with showing you how to become involved whether that’s volunteering with your time or donations!

🐨 Following the PTO meeting, there will be 2 identical Open House classroom sessions from 5:30-6pm and 6-6:30pm. Both classroom sessions will cover the same information, giving families with multiple children the chance to attend more than one grade level.

We can’t wait to see you there!

🐨 Don’t forget to purchase your PTO family memberships for 2026-2027! Levels 3, 4, & 5 come with a painted koala head with your Koala’s name or family name and Level 5 also gets your family’s name shouted out on a banner on the fence in front of the school! We will begin painting the koala heads this weekend so don’t delay on getting those memberships registered! The LAST CALL for the banner additions will be Friday, 9/4 as we will be placing the order for the banner at that time!

We would like to give a special thank you to Sheila Shrode for her continued dedication and commitment to Kuehnle Elementary! Sheila was ready to jump right back into volunteering and was the very first person to sign up this school year!

Sheila is someone we can always count on—reliable, dependable, and always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed. We are so grateful for the time and heart she gives to our Kuehnle community!

We hope everyone is excited & ready for our 1st day of school tomorrow! 🐨

A few friendly reminders:

School Starts @ 8:05am & ends @ 3:25pm. Students may enter the building @ 7:40am.
Front office hours: 7:40am-4:00pm

Please do not drop off your child before 7:40 a.m. as supervision begins at that time. If you need before-school care, please contact the front office about Koala Kare or visit their website for more information: https://www.koalakare-llc.com/

We kindly request that you do not enter the car rider line PRIOR to 7:30AM. The line backs up & then our staff cannot get into the parking lot to park their cars & get to their classroom & morning duty assignments to welcome & supervise students.

Parents and guardians are welcome to walk their child to their classroom on the 1st day of school. We encourage students to walk independently on the 2nd day, but rest assured, our staff will be available to help them find their way!

We look forward to a wonderful start to the school year at the Greatest School on Earth!! 🎪
