Good morning, Springboro! Here are some updates.

☀️We have hired Philip to be our new maintenance person. Please welcome him as he navigates through the borough.
☀️🚫 The borough office will be closed from 8/17/26-8/27/26. The office will be having some work done to it, so be cautious if you'll be dropping something off to the outside deposit box. Please reach out to a council member if you need anything during that time.
☀️The Water Authority's Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is available for review if anyone wants to review it.
☀️You can now pay your water bill online!! Please visit https://secure.emybill.com/bill/go/Springboro
You will need the last name on the account and the account number.
☀️ We are having problems with our answering machine, but we are working on it.
☀️ The horseshoe tournament is coming up. Please spread the word! The proceeds will go to the Community Center and youth activities there. Our end goal is to have the Community Center be an emergency shelter (tornadoes, floods, fires, etc), but it needs some improvements before we can apply for the grants. Donations are accepted and appreciated!

Enjoy the last days of summer!

Happy "FriYAY!"

Remember Monday is the official clean up day so make sure your items are out with the trash!

This is a great opportunity to get rid of all that junk laying around and clean up our little town!

For anyone looking to schedule a scrap metal pick up, please call 814-853-6325 to get that arranged. Pickups for scrap and car batteries will be on Saturday from 10 to 6. If you'd like to drop it off, it can be dropped off at 129 Beaver St. There will be orange cones set up where the items can be dropped off.

Don't forget to see if your neighbors need any help!

It's official!
