🚧 ODOT Traffic Alert: I-275 / S.R. 4 Weekend Ramp Closures

ODOT has announced additional ramp closures at the I-275 and S.R. 4 (Springfield Pike) interchange as part of the ongoing bridge repair project.

📅 Tonight, October 15
🕗 8 p.m. – 6 a.m.

🚫 Southbound S.R. 4 to eastbound I-275 ramp will be closed.
🚫 The right lane of southbound S.R. 4 will also be closed.

📅 FULL Weekend Closures: Friday, October 16 – Monday, October 19
🕗 8 p.m. Friday – 6 a.m. Monday

🚫 Southbound S.R. 4 to eastbound I-275 ramp will be closed.
🚫 Northbound S.R. 4 to westbound I-275 ramp will be closed.

Detours
➡️ Southbound S.R. 4: Take I-275 West to the Winton Road interchange, then follow I-275 East.
➡️ Northbound S.R. 4: Take I-275 East to the S.R. 747 interchange to access westbound I-275.

Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use caution when traveling through the area.

This is to inform you that the owner of the property located at 396 Glensharon Road is requesting the following variance from the Springdale Zoning Code: 1) To allow no garage spaces where 2 car spaces are required per Table 252-2 of the Springdale Zoning Code.

While we're clearing out invasive, oversized Bradford pears, we aren't just chipping them, we’re sending the best branches straight to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden through their FEED the Zoo Browse Program! 🌿
