We are extremely grateful to our generous benefactor for making this incredible addition to our community possible, and to the amazing folks at for helping bring this vision to life!

📍 Located at the Springdale Community Center, this new playground provides a fun, inclusive space where children of all abilities can play, explore, and make memories together.

We can’t wait to see our community enjoying Springdale’s newest play amenity! ❤️

Public Notice:
This is to inform you that the owner of the property located at 271 Northland Blvd. is requesting the following variance: To allow 13% green space where 30% is the minimum green space required per Table 253-2 of the Springdale Zoning Code.

A public hearing regarding the application will be held on September 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM before the Board of Zoning Appeals in the Council Chambers at the Springdale Municipal Building located at 11700 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.
