🌙 TIP: Find a dark spot, let your eyes adjust, and give yourself some time to simply look up. The longer you watch, the more meteors you’re likely to see!

🌦️ Visiting Zion during monsoon season? Here's what you need to know!

Monsoon season typically runs from mid-July through September, bringing beautiful afternoon storms—and the possibility of flash flooding.

Before you hit the trails:
🌤️ Start your hikes early.
⚠️ Check the weather forecast before heading out.
🥾 The Narrows may close if flash flooding is possible.
🌧️ If you hear thunder or see storm clouds, leave canyons and move to higher ground immediately.
💧 Bring plenty of water, sturdy hiking shoes, and a rain jacket.
📵 Cell service can be limited, so plan ahead.
