Reminder from CARDS - City of Springdale : Trash service will run as usual over Labor Day weekend with no holiday delays!

Please have your carts out on your regular collection day.

Ahead of Labor Day, here's what to expect. Most of our locations run on their normal schedule Monday, September 7. A few have a delayed schedule for the week. Find your area below.

Running as normal on Monday:
✅ Arkansas River Valley area (Dardanelle, Morrilton)
✅ Northwest Arkansas (Springdale)
✅ Muskogee, Oklahoma area
✅ Tulsa, Oklahoma area
✅ Hays, Kansas area
✅ Crestview, Florida area
✅ Decatur County, Georgia area
✅ Santa Rosa County, Florida area (recycling is Wednesday on the usual service schedule)

Closed Monday, running one day behind all week:
✅ Pine Bluff, Arkansas area
✅ Van Buren, Arkansas area
✅ Springfield, Missouri area (including Winona, Joplin, Nevada, and Christian County)
✅ Kansas City area (Gardner)
✅ Oklahoma City area
✅ Paris, Texas area

Normal schedules resume the following week.

So fire up the grill, gather your favorite people, and enjoy the long weekend. Our drivers will be rolling out early, same as always.

Service announcement from CARDS:

Trash collection will run on its regular schedule for Labor Day. There will be no delays or changes to pick up days.

Please set your cart out as usual on your regular collection day!

Labor Day is a day to rest, and your trash pickup keeps running right on time.

On Monday, September 7, our drivers are running the same routes we run every week. Same pickup day, no delays, no schedule shifts.

Set your cart out like you always would, on your regular day that week. Our team will take it from there.

That is the whole idea behind what we do. Neighbors showing up for neighbors, so the corner of the street you call home stays clean and the holiday stays a holiday.

So fire up the grill, gather your favorite people, and enjoy the long weekend. Our drivers will be rolling out early, same as always.

Closure Notice:
Powell Street will be closed between Fink Drive and Ewalt Avenue from August 31st to November 20th.

Turner Street will be closed down on September 8th to November 20th.

Crutcher Street will remain open during both closures, pending any delays. Please see graphics for more information.

Service Update from Ecowaste Solutions (CARDS):

Our Springdale call center is still without internet and phones this morning.

We hoped to bring you better news over the weekend, but it is still down. If your account is normally handled out of Springdale, we still can't pull up your details or take your call right now. We're sorry for that.

To be clear, this is a phones-and-internet problem only. Pickup and truck service out of Springdale is running on schedule, same as any other day. Our drivers are on their routes.

Please hold off on calling for now. We'd rather let you know upfront than have you sit on hold for a line that isn't working.

We'll keep you posted and put an update here the moment things change.

Service Update from EcoWaste Solutions (CARDS)

EcoWaste Solutions has shared that its Springdale call center is offline today, Friday, Aug. 21, due to an internet outage.

Other EcoWaste customer service teams are helping cover calls, but customers may experience longer-than-normal wait times. If your account is normally handled through the Springdale office, some account-specific information may also be temporarily unavailable, and you may be asked to follow up on Monday.

If phone lines are busy, customers can also email [email protected] for assistance.

Please note: This update is related to EcoWaste customer service operations at the Springdale call center.

Bob Mills Road will be closed, 8/24 through 8/26, at the intersection of 56th Street for utility construction. 56th street will detour, south and north, to and from the Elm Springs roundabout along the new section of Gene George Boulevard under construction during this time temporarily.
