🔬 4th Grade Scientists at Work!

Our 4th grade scientists are putting their five senses to work to investigate raccoon behavior!

Using touch, sight, and smell, scholars gathered clues to identify a mystery item—and then used their observations to predict how a raccoon 🦝 might interact with it.

Science is more than learning facts—it’s observing, investigating, making connections, and using evidence to explain the world around us! 🧠🔎

📚 Academic Language in Action!

Our 4th grade scholars are learning academic language through collaboration! Using collaborative grouping strategies our teachers learned through Adaptive Schools, students are talking, thinking, listening, and learning together.

These structures give every scholar a voice while helping students build the academic vocabulary and communication skills they need to explain their thinking and deepen their learning.
