As we get ready to celebrate this year's home visiting graduates, we're thinking about moms like Kayla.*

This year brought unexpected challenges for her; from job loss to a nonrenewed lease, but she never stopped moving forward. She's working toward her CNA certification, advocating for herself and her family, and staying focused on what's ahead.

Lupita, her home visitor, shared: "Kayla never gives up. She's always pushing forward and staying positive for her family."

Next week, we'll celebrate Kayla* and other graduates who have shown resilience, determination, and self-growth throughout their home visiting journey.

Please help us give a warm welcome to the newest members of our SafeCare team, Karime and Kelly! 💙

Karime brings three years of experience working with children and families involved in foster care and is passionate about family preservation, parent education, and connecting families with resources that help them thrive. Growing up in an immigrant family, she saw firsthand how difficult it can be for families to access support, inspiring her commitment to advocacy and service.

Kelly joins us with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from Arkansas State University and experience working with school therapy teams, mentoring teens, and SafeCare. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with families and helping parents recognize their strengths, find their voice, and navigate barriers with confidence.

Join us in welcoming Karime and Kelly to Family Network! 🎉

We love celebrating the growth of our team!💙

Please join us in congratulating Carly on her promotion to Healthy Families America Supervisor!

Carly joined Family Network as a SafeCare home visitor, and through her leadership and compassion, she has become an incredible asset to our team. We are excited to see her step into this new role and support our HFA staff as they help families build strong foundations for their children.

We love these book recommendations from onceuponaban and the reminder that allyship starts early! 🌈

Every child deserves to grow up feeling safe and loved for exactly who they are. Teaching kindness and inclusion from the beginning helps build a better future for our community.

Wishing everyone a joyful and loving Pride Month from all of us at Family Network! 🫶🫶🫶

Pads & tampons are necessities, not luxuries. Period. 🩸

It’s Period Poverty Awareness Week, and we’re talking about the fact that 2 in 5 people who menstruate have struggled to afford period products. Imagine missing school, work, or daily essentials because period products are out of reach. That’s the reality of period poverty for far too many in our community.

As Arkansas’ first Alliance for Period Supplies partner, The Diaper Collective is now helping get period products into the hands of families who need them. Dignity should never be out of budget.

Help us spread the word by sharing this post and starting conversations around period poverty! Learn more: 📣
