MU's field trip to War Eagle Caverns, sponsored by a federal 21 CCLC grant, was an informative excursion covering caves, critters, and gems. Each student received a 'wooden nickel' granting them complimentary admission until the age of 13. This destination is worth visiting for those who have yet to experience it.

☀️ Free Summer Meals for Kids! ☀️

We are so excited to help our stay healthy and fueled up this break! Springdale Public Schools is participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture Seamless Summer Option program to serve meals free of charge to all children 18 and younger. Note: Children do not need to be students of Springdale Public Schools to participate.

Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (All participating locations will be closed July 3rd)

Our school will host Kindergarten Jumpstart for incoming kindergarteners who will be attending Monitor from July 27th-July 31st from 8:30am-11:30am each day. Our newest mallards will have the chance to learn about their school, meet some friends, and get a jumpstart on kindergarten skills! Attendance is optional, however even if your child cannot attend every day, we would still love to have them! You can sign up your child using the link or QR code below. Kindergarten registration for the 2026-2027 school year has opened! Students who will be five on or before August 1st can enroll for kindergarten for the upcoming school year. You can visit www.registration.sdale.org to register your child. We look forward to meeting our future mallards! 🍎

Yearbooks have arrived! Our school office will be open during normal school hours until next Thursday if you would like to stop by and pick up your child's yearbook. We also have about 40 extra yearbooks which will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Yearbooks are $20.00. If you have any questions, feel free to call our school office at (479) 750-8749. 🦆

We hope our students and families have a safe and fun summer break! If you need to pick up any of your child's items, our school office will be open until Thursday, June 4th during normal office hours! ☀️
