"We, as socially responsible citizens of Springfield, Missouri, established a local company in 2003. We are currently building a 'safe, sustainable, and affordable housing community' to assist the residents of Springfield and Greene County in overcoming high rental prices.
We offer various connection options, including 30/50/100 or even a 200 AMP connection, for your OWN RV, trailer, or tiny home, as well as local Amish-built manufactured homes that you own and bring in. The lot rent is $375, which covers sewer, water, and trash services. Electricity is billed separately based on the KWH used by the tenant. Please note that this lease only covers the rental of the lot.
The lot dimensions range from 30 to 35 feet wide by 100 to 110 feet long. We also provide an area for a small above-ground organic vegetable garden, and you are permitted to have 4-6 laying hens (NO roosters) in a chicken coop. Chicken waste can be used as fertilizer for your above-ground organic vegetable/fruit garden. Additionally, rainwater can be collected from your gutters and stored in above-ground recycled plastic containers.
We also install simple solar lighting as garden lights, which helps reduce your electric bills. These self-sustainable living solutions can assist you in combating high inflation and enable you to be part of our sustainable community.
Our goal in constructing this 'socially responsible, safe, sustainable, and affordable community' is to support the residents of Springfield and Greene County in overcoming the challenges posed by high rental prices. However, please note that we are solely offering a lease for the space to accommodate your OWN unit.
We do not lease or rent trailers, RVs, or tiny homes."

Lot deposit: $450
Electric deposit: $500
First month's rent: $450
