Melissa M. Tuttle, Clerk of Courts, invites you to the 2024 Clark County Fair for Your Passport to Fun, Passport to Travel. This year’s fair theme is Your Passport to Fun.

Thursday July 25 is sponsored by Melissa M. Tuttle, Clerk of Courts. At her booth in the Mercantile Building 11am-4:30pm, her deputy clerks will be available to accept new passport applications, per special approval from the Department of State.

Key items that you will need are at least 2 checks or money orders, birth certificate (certified health department), passport photo, and Driver’s License; other items may be used within the Department of State Passport guidelines. Current passport processing timelines are Regular Time 6-8 weeks and Expedite Time 2-3 weeks.

For minors under 16 both parents and the child need to be present, or we can provide a form that will need to be notarized giving permission to apply for a passport.

If you have a particular situation, please feel free to call our office and confirm what documents you should provide for custody. The AB Graham and the new Burnett Plaza Title Offices accept passport applications weekdays Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Burnett Plaza is open Saturdays for application 8-11am, no appointments needed. Our office numbers are 937-284-1400 and 937-521-1835.

Update: 1:00pm AB Graham Title Office is fully operational

Update: 11:00am 7/22/24 New Carlisle Title Office and BMV are up and serving customers.

Update: 9:00am on 7/22/24 AB Graham Building downtown Springfield has 2 working computers, dealers can drop off and title work can be processed upstairs. No updates on timeframe for Southern Village or New Carlisle offices.

Update: 7:50am on 7/22/24 all three title offices are still down.

Due to a Statewide technology issue, Southern Village will not be open Saturday July 20th. We apologize and hope to be operational Monday July 22nd.
