Another great Saturday. I worked out and walked with my friend Lesa. Went to Roy Williams’ fundraiser. Thank you Susan O’Shea for sharing your table with me😊. Then I walked an Owen Marsh elementary (I taught fifth grade there) neighborhood & got to see old friends and meet new ones. Thank goodness I ran into Gio, Gianna, & Genevieve who were protecting my sign from witches & spells😊… oh and I went to see my Genevieve and baby Freddie!

What a great day! Chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits the Eastern Stars with Bernadette Gordon & Lesa Branham followed by a visit to the Freedom & Holiness Mission with Larry Hemingway for their coat and blanket give-away. Then I had the privilege to canvas with Senator Doris Turner and ending my day with a fabulous event with the Innocence Project.

Had a great time at the fine art fair with my sister. Bought jewelry and pottery and saw my friends Dee & Paula at the Clay’s Popeye BBQ tent. I’m so excited about the art associations new make and take van. What a great opportunity to spread the love of making art.
