Capital Township has two very distinct duties, assess property and provide general assistance for township residents. The primary function of the General Assistance office is to provide aid for residents of the United States and Capital Township. Our office is governed by an elected Board of Trustees. In addition, the township has intergovernmental agreements with the Townships of Chatham, William

s, New Berlin, Cooper, Loami, and Divernon to coordinate General Assistance programs in their respective communities. Each Township has an asistance program tailored to meet the needs of their community.

I am honored to be on the ballot for Capital Township Trustee, and I am asking for your vote.

Polls are open TODAY, from 6 AM to 7 PM at your regular polling place. If you live in Capital Township, you will see my name on your ballot!

Thank you to everyone who has supported, rallied, and stood by me throughout this journey. Let’s finish strong, vote and encourage others to vote too!
