Love seeing a local business take advantage of the Lincoln Trail Area Development District revolving loan fund! SWEDA Director Daniel Carney and Washington County Judge Exec. Tim Graves both serve on this committee, and would be happy to help see if this loan fund can help grow your business.

When physical therapist Erica Vance had the opportunity to take over Springfield Physical Therapy, now Central Kentucky Physical Therapy, she needed the right financial partner to turn her 10-year dream into complete ownership.

Through LTADD’s Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), Erica secured a $100,000 loan to pair with her bank financing from Farmers National Bank. This crucial gap financing allowed her to acquire the practice, preserve local care, and protect her personal assets.

"It felt like winning the lottery," Erica said. "It helped put me in a much better financial position to take on this company at such a young age."

Now, Erica is focused on delivering community-first physical therapy and has eyes on future regional expansion.

Are you a small business owner looking to grow, retain jobs, or launch a new venture in our region? LTADD’s Revolving Loan Fund provides gap financing designed to support local entrepreneurs.
