It is going to be a great 1st day! To help our car line run as smoothly and efficiently as possible this afternoon, please take a moment to read the following procedures.

🏷️ 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐬
Every vehicle must have a car tag with your child’s name(s) clearly displayed. This helps us quickly identify students and keeps our car line moving safely and efficiently.

🌇 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞
- Afternoon car line will be a 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞.
- Cars will enter the car line area 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.
- The lanes will alternate, with one car entering at a time.
- A staff member will be outside to help direct traffic.
- A staff member will call students' names, calling 4 names from one lane, then 4
names from the other lane.
- You will be given a stop number. This is where your child will meet you.
- Please 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞. A staff member will assist your child.
- When exiting the car line, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲, even when a staff member is not
present directing traffic.

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞, 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲! 💙🚗

🌅 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬
- Morning car line will be a single lane.
- Please 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞. Teachers will be outside to assist your children as they
exit the car.
- Please have your child’s 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨 before arriving.
- Morning car line will begin at 8:15AM
- When leaving the car line, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 out of the parking lot.
- If you arrive after 8:40 please take your child to the front office to check them in.
The doors by the car line will be locked at 8:40.
- Parents will be able to park and walk thier child in on the 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲 of school.

📚 Meet the Teacher is tomorrow from 5:30-7:00 for these grades:

⭐ Pre-K
⭐ 1st Grade
⭐ 2nd Grade
⭐ 3rd Grade
⭐ 4th Grade

Come meet your teacher, drop off school supplies, explore your classroom, and get excited for an awesome year ahead! The bus drivers will also be in the cafeteria!
