The parking lot is being cleared as I post this message. We will ba open tomorrow, Tuesday,January 27,2026. Please use caution as many roads are still not in the best condition.

I have been watch our cameras throughout the day to make sure the lot gets plowed- they have not been done at this time so we contacted our snowplow people and both of his snowplows have broken down and they will not get to our lot until sometime tomorrow. Unfortunately we will have to close due to safety concerns. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Parents,
I have watching the weather and it looks as if we will not get any bad weather before we close. However, we would like parents to be on time picking up so our staff can make it safely home before anything does come to Springfield.
I already have schedules for the parking lot to be taken care of on Sunday after the snow stops and should be good to go on Monday morning. We do not close just because Springfield public schools do. I will go out around 4 am to check roads to see if there is any issues. I believe with the timing of the storm we should have plenty of time snow plows to be out and clear the roads. We will make a decision by 5 am and will post on this page and will text each parents as well.
