What if small shifts could lead to big gifts—for yourself, your students, and your school community? Join fellow educators for a year-long exploration of Teach Happier This School Year, a practical and inspiring guide to finding greater joy, balance, and fulfillment in education through intentional, manageable changes!

Meeting quarterly throughout the school year, participants will examine how small adjustments in mindset, habits, relationships, and daily routines can have a powerful impact on personal well-being and professional satisfaction. Through collaborative discussion and reflection, educators will explore research-based strategies for reducing stress, increasing resilience, strengthening relationships, and creating a more positive teaching experience.

A key component of this book study is a year-long reflection journal. Participants will respond to guided prompts, document their learning, reflect on the implementation of new practices, and track how small shifts influence their well-being and effectiveness throughout the school year. Journal submissions throughout the year will encourage meaningful reflection and sustained growth between meetings.

Ideal for: Teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, school counselors, and other school staff who want to invest in their own well-being while enhancing their impact on students and school culture.
