We had such a fun morning at story hour this morning with special guests Ashley Pietig and Kari Scholtz from the Redwood Area Cattleman‘s Association. They read a book about cattle and then even let us smell and touch different kinds of feed. The kids had such a great time

If they joined us this morning- ask them something they learned!

Today we brought out our felt-board and heard stories about 5 little chicks 🐥 and Splat the Cat! 🐈‍⬛ Of course we had a request for some books with pictures too- so we also read Ottis and the Puppy 🐶 and Trash Truck! 🛻

What a beautiful morning for storyhour! These kiddos listened to stories about free ice cream (or maybe not free) and healthy foods. Before and after storyhour they enjoyed the new toys in the children’s section- an ice cream truck and a grocery store!

It’s starting to feel like spring 🌞 which means it’s the perfect time to get outside and explore!

Did you know you can check out a State Park Pass from the library? Each pass is good for 7 days—no need to return it, it simply expires when your time is up.

Stop by the library and grab yours, then get out and enjoy the great outdoors!
