Congratulations to Virgie, our August Employee of the Month!

Since joining The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care in March, Virgie has been a wonderful Care Partner and a true ray of happiness to our residents and team. Her passion for healthcare, kindness, and dedication shine through every day.

Outside of work, she enjoys country drives, picking seasonal fruit, and connecting with family and friends.

Our Camp Rawlin event last week was an absolute blast, and we saved one of the best parts for last—the dunk tank!

Our residents, families, and staff had so much fun taking their best shots at dunking some of our incredible team members. There were plenty of laughs, cheers, and, of course, a LOT of splashing!

We’re still smiling thinking about all the fun we shared at The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care.
