Our ELA team is excited to share the first book their classes are reading; from classics like The Great Gatsby, to contemporary short stories and poetry, and favorites such as Bud, Not Buddy. What an incredible first week of school! 💜🐍 Our Vipers jumped right back into learning, and we’re excited to highlight just a few moments from across our campuses.

At the Middle School, students had the opportunity to explore our newly expanded library and begin checking out books for independent reading! 📚 We also loved seeing students settling into their classrooms, reconnecting with teachers, and getting back into the rhythm of learning.

At the High School, students were already hard at work across subjects—from reviewing algebra equations in Geometry with Ms. Pyne, to beginning The Great Gatsby in Mr. Voigt’s English class, to diving into their Art 201 college course. 🎨📖➗

It’s been a strong, joyful start to the year, and we can’t wait to see all that our students accomplish in the weeks ahead!

First day of school year 2026-2027 is in the books!

Scholars started off the year strong; learning classroom expectations and routines, practicing strong college habits, and reading through syllabi. This year we will grow together, put our learning first, and operate as one team, with the goal to reach college, career, and beyond!

And, we’ll celebrate our wins along the way and have fun while we learn 😎 Welcome back, Vipers!
