Missouri Mentoring Partnership Missouri Mentoring Partnership is a state funded initiative through the Missouri Department of Social Services. Government.

MMP prepares youth for success in employment, education and self-sufficiency through mentored support in the worksite or young parent program. Youth participants must be 21 years or younger and reside in Greene County. Young Parent Mentors must be 21 years old or older and willing to spend an hour a week with a young mom or dad for one year. Business Partners must be willing to consider MMP youth

for employment and provide a mentor for any MMP youth they choose to hire. Missouri Mentoring Partnership is supported by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) of the United States (U.S.) Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $164,974.85 with 100% funded by ACF/HHS. May means it’s graduation season! Our GA/ Youth Specialist, Elaine Moran, has completed her Masters of Social Work and will be beginning her new career. Over her time with MMP, Elaine has established productive relationships with her clients, helped them set and complete goals, shared the MMP mission at community events, and been a true asset to our program. We will miss her humor and collaboration in our office but we know she is embarking on her journey of making a difference in the lives of many. We are so proud of you Elaine and can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!
