Car Count Deadline: Please submit your car by September 30th so we know how big of an area we need to reserve!
Location: Not reserved yet. We need a car count first.

We’ll finalize everything by the first week of October, but we need to know how many participants we’ll have by the end of September. If you'd like to decorate your car, hand out treats, or help in any way, we’d love for you to join us!

Coat Drive: We’re collecting new and gently used winter coats, hats, and gloves to help those in need stay warm this winter season. All donations will go to a local charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families in our community.

In addition to collecting new and gently used winter coats, hats, and gloves, we’re setting up a donation table to accept monetary gifts for a local charity that supports individuals and families in need.

Why I Don’t Charge Per Signature

A client asked me today why I don't charge per signature, especially since many notaries do. I want to take a moment to explain my approach and why I think it’s beneficial for both of us.

Instead of charging per signature, I prefer to charge a flat fee per appointment. This helps to eliminate any surprises for you, and it ensures that you're not paying extra if there are more signatures required during the session. The price you see upfront covers everything — including my time, travel, and any other additional expenses, like mileage and taxes. I believe this simplifies the process for you, so you know exactly what to expect without having to calculate extra charges based on the number of signatures.

Charging per appointment, rather than per signature, also allows me to give you the time and attention you need without rushing through documents to maximize my earnings. I want to ensure that every notarization is thorough, accurate, and convenient for you. By including taxes and mileage, I can maintain a transparent, straightforward pricing structure that works for both of us.
