The programs that we offer include individual, family and marriage counseling through our IFS (Intact Family Services) program. We also offer several different senior services from Elderly Guardianship to Strong for Life and Faith in Action, plus community service and St. Many area offices also have resale stores that provide basic essentials at nominal costs.

Today is the International Day of Charity. Every charitable act, no matter how small, makes a difference in the lives of others.
One way you can help your community is by donating to a Catholic Charities Resale Store. A family may need clothing, a young person may need an outfit for a job interview, a child may need a coat to keep out the cold. Your donated items provide dignity to those in need, at little to no cost through our clothing voucher programs.

Alton Catholic Charities needs your help! We need heavy lifters on the first Thursday of every month from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. to help arrange and unload pallets of food from the St. Louis Food Bank. Some boxes weigh up to 50 pounds.
