at $309,479/year. The Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) program is designed to assist veterans in all aspects of the college admissions process and their academic success. All services provided by VUB are free for participants and funded by a federal grant through the Department of Education. VUB participants have access to full staff. These individuals are knowledgeable and can provide immediate assist

ance with admissions, financial aid, academics, and connections to other needed services. We serve veterans meeting eligibility requirements. We also work closely with other schools to ensure veterans’ academic success anywhere they choose. VUB is 100% Federally Funded by the Dept. of Ed at $309,479/year.

What is Veterans Upward Bound?

OTC’s Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) is a free college-prep program designed to help you refresh your academic skills and give you the confidence you need to successfully complete your choice of college degrees. VUB is federally funded by the U.S. Department of Education.

VUB at OTC is completely free for qualified veterans. More than 1,880 veterans have graduated from colleges all over the country with the help of VUB programs. Participants may enter and leave this voluntary program at any time and there are no financial commitments or charges.
