Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Services is looking for a Chief Development Officer to lead our fundraising program and help build the financial foundation our mission depends on.

🫶🏾 This is a meaningful role at a mission-driven organization with deep roots in the Springfield community. The right person loves building donor relationships and building systems — someone who can manage a portfolio, write a compelling grant, and still show up for the community events that make this work real.

What you’ll do:
* Lead individual, major, and institutional giving
* Build and manage a donor database and stewardship program
* Partner with the CEO and board on fundraising strategy
* Support events including the Annual MLK Day Celebration

Salary: $80,000 | Full-time | Reports to CEO
