Springfield Ambulance Service Springfield Ambulance is a Part-time ALS Ambulance service comprised of paid on-call volunteers.

Springfield Ambulance is a BLS Ambulance service comprised of mainly volunteers who are available to you in your time of need. We work closely with both Comfrey and Sanborn First Responders to provide medical transport services. This page and it's contact information serves as only a platform for public relations for the Ambulance Service, if you are in need of Emergency Assistance please DIAL 911 immediately!
