CASA of Lane County is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team and help prepare, equip, and empower CASA volunteers to advocate for children in foster care.

In this role, you will:
✨ Coordinate and facilitate pre-service CASA training
✨ Conduct ongoing volunteer screening
✨ Assist with matching new CASA volunteers to cases
✨ Coordinate and implement Peer Coordinator training
✨ Provide ongoing training opportunities for CASAs and Peer Coordinators

This is an opportunity to play a vital role in strengthening our volunteer program and ensuring advocates have the knowledge and tools they need to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life. 💙

🎶 CASA of Lane County will be back at Hinman Vineyards this Friday! 🎶

On September 11, enjoy music that makes a difference, food carts, local wine, and community on Hinman’s beautiful outdoor stage. This family-friendly event is open to all ages, and leashed dogs are welcome too!

Every ticket purchased helps support CASA’s mission of advocating for children who have experienced abuse and neglect right here in Lane County.

🕠 Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
🎵 Music begins at 6:30 p.m.
🎟️ Tickets are $10 and required for everyone over age 5. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

This position is a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for fundraising, marketing, events, and recruitment efforts that sustain and grow the organization’s mission-driven work.

This role provides strategic leadership for all philanthropic, donor engagement, and community visibility efforts. The Development Director oversees annual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, planned giving, grants, donor communications, event fundraising, and volunteer engagement activities that support development and outreach.
