Good Morning, Facebook Family! ☀️

We wanted to take a moment to share an overview of the services and support that Growing Up With Hope provides to the families we serve.

Our program is dedicated to empowering pregnant women, mothers, fathers, and young families by offering:

🏠 Housing support and referrals
🤝 Intensive case management
🧠 Mental health support and counseling
💙 Substance use recovery support and education
👶 Parenting education and family support
📚 Educational and employment assistance
🌱 Life skills development
🚗 Community resource navigation and advocacy
🏡 Housing stabilization and transition planning
👩‍👧 In-home support services and family-centered care
🛡️ Domestic violence referrals and connections to community resources

Our goal is to help families build stability, strengthen resilience, and create a brighter future for themselves and their children.

We are currently supporting two families who are in urgent need of assistance to avoid ending up on the street. We are looking for any support the community can offer, including:

• Hotel vouchers or temporary lodging assistance
• Donations of any kind
• Baby items for a girl: clothes, diapers (size 1), and a baby carrier

Every bit of help makes a difference and brings us closer to keeping these families safe and supported.

We offer case management services for individuals and families experiencing challenges with housing, mental health, substance use, or difficulty accessing services.

If they’re facing barriers, they don’t have to navigate it alone—we’re here to help every step of the way.
