Save the date! Dirigo Law will be presenting a 3-Part Series about caring for senior and a family's legal needs. In Part I - Elder Law, we will cover the importance of the Financial Power of Attorney as being the critical document we all need in keeping our choices within our control. Several examples of actual cases will be provided. In addition, attendees frequently want to understand the differences between Revocable Living Trusts and Trusts designed to retain assets when nursing home costs are incurred and MaineCare might be involved. In addition, Transfer on Death Deeds, Health Care Directives, and Care Givergiver Agreements will be discussed.
There will be time for questions.

Dirigo Law is offering a 1-2 hr. free consultation either at their Springvale office or in your home for program attendees on this topic.
