Our annual meeting will be on Saturday March 12 th at 7 pm at the Springville Community Center. Please attend we are in need of some new board members. We need someone that would like to be our secatary and an alternate when one our officers can't attend. Come join us as we discuss our future in the community,one sub this month will be the possible raising dues. Come let us know what you think.

Hi my name is Al Barone and I would like to take a moment to thank our firefighters for all their work and community service over the past year.
Also at this time I would like to remind everyone that or day with Helping Hand's is Friday Feb 25th. Please participate in this day by making something to bid on or donate by bidding on something being auctioned on our day. Helping Hand has contributed to the SVFD a lot over the years, and continues to do so. Remember to drop off contributions between 7am and 9am on our day at the Paris convention center 1510 Wood St. behind the Quality Inn. Listen to the auction from 12:30 pm - when finished on WTPR 710 AM or 101.7 FM. Also check in on FB daily go to search and type in Helping Hand scroll down to the second list of it tap and view slate's for that day.

Station 2 is manned for Special Weather Standby in case we are needed to assist in tree / limb removal from the storm that is coming in.
If you're in the area and would like to see the station, please pull in and we will be glad to show you and talk to you about anything.

Looks like we may have some severe weather tomorrow. The threat possible could be a few tornadoes. Even though it is not certain, be aware and stay safe.

Looks like the times will be approximately from Friday 12/10/2021 @ 4:00 PM through 5:00 AM Saturday morning.

Be sure to have your phones charged and take precautions to protect yourself and property as best as possible. And always have a plan.
