Monica Thach - Realtor at Keller Williams Realty
I am a wife of almost 25 years to the amazing Brandon and we have two boys, Danny who is a Springville alumni and Auburn alumni and John Michael who is also a Springville alumni and a current student at Auburn University. They are my driving force! We are always up for an adventure, especially if it involves the water! I’ve always believed real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, community, and helping someone confidently step into what’s next.
🏠 As a Realtor with Keller Williams I have the privilege of helping buyers and sellers throughout Alabama. But there’s something especially meaningful about serving the communities right here in Central Alabama, especially Springville, it is home afterall. My son, John Michael is also a Realtor and focus primarily in Auburn so we really do have the state covered!
One of my favorite parts of what I do is supporting the people who make our communities special. I love shopping local, highlighting local businesses, getting to know the people behind them, and finding ways to help those businesses grow. I have a new project I am working on that is just about our community and I have already interviewed a few business owners. I have more on the list, however I am learning video, so patience is key here!
🏫 I’m also passionate about supporting our local students, schools, teams, clubs, and programs through sponsorships and community involvement.
🌟 That commitment is now becoming an even bigger part of my business. With every closing, I will make a donation to the school or school program of my client’s choice. Whether they want to support a classroom, band, athletics, an extracurricular program, or another school organization that matters to their family, their move gets to make an impact beyond the closing table.
To me, being a Realtor means being an advocate, problem solver, marketer, coach, neighbor, and community supporter. I want to help people buy and sell homes, but I also want the business I build to pour back into the communities that have supported me, Because when our local businesses thrive, our students are supported, and our neighbors invest in one another, we all win.
Know your value. Know your options. Make your move.
