Monica Thach - Realtor at Keller Williams Realty

I am a wife of almost 25 years to the amazing Brandon and we have two boys, Danny who is a Springville alumni and Auburn alumni and John Michael who is also a Springville alumni and a current student at Auburn University. They are my driving force! We are always up for an adventure, especially if it involves the water! I’ve always believed real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, community, and helping someone confidently step into what’s next.

🏠 As a Realtor with Keller Williams I have the privilege of helping buyers and sellers throughout Alabama. But there’s something especially meaningful about serving the communities right here in Central Alabama, especially Springville, it is home afterall. My son, John Michael is also a Realtor and focus primarily in Auburn so we really do have the state covered!

One of my favorite parts of what I do is supporting the people who make our communities special. I love shopping local, highlighting local businesses, getting to know the people behind them, and finding ways to help those businesses grow. I have a new project I am working on that is just about our community and I have already interviewed a few business owners. I have more on the list, however I am learning video, so patience is key here!

🏫 I’m also passionate about supporting our local students, schools, teams, clubs, and programs through sponsorships and community involvement.

🌟 That commitment is now becoming an even bigger part of my business. With every closing, I will make a donation to the school or school program of my client’s choice. Whether they want to support a classroom, band, athletics, an extracurricular program, or another school organization that matters to their family, their move gets to make an impact beyond the closing table.

To me, being a Realtor means being an advocate, problem solver, marketer, coach, neighbor, and community supporter. I want to help people buy and sell homes, but I also want the business I build to pour back into the communities that have supported me, Because when our local businesses thrive, our students are supported, and our neighbors invest in one another, we all win.

Know your value. Know your options. Make your move.

5678 Dance & More

“She considers a field and buys it, and with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard." Proverbs 31:16.

🌟 When studying for a Bible study in the spring of 2005, the Lord used this verse to confirm in Shalita Clark's heart that she was to open a dance studio in Springville, Alabama. And so began - 5678 Dance & More!

🪩 The studio began as a family journey, and 22 years later, it still is. Bobby, Shalita's husband, prays with her, supports her, and is there for anything needed, whether it is changing a lightbulb or building a prop. Danay, their oldest daughter, danced through her senior year of high school, then pursued a nursing degree and is currently a nurse practitioner and married to Mrs. Shalita's favorite son-in-law, Kyle. Jacey Grace and Ella Kate, their middle and youngest daughters, also started dancing at 2.5 and danced through high school, and now share their passion for dance as teachers at the studio.
The studio is truly like a second home to all the Clark Family!

🩰 The studio offers tap, jazz, ballet, clogging, baton, hip-hop, voice and piano. The youngest dancers are 2.5, with the wisest dancer being 87!!! All ages and genres of dance are fun to learn and also fun to teach, and the class Mrs. Shalita affectionately calls her woW (Women of Wisdom) class shows that there is no age limit for learning to dance!

📍The studio started in Historic Springville, in the space that is currently Meals by Misty, and after a year, needed more space and acquired the space that is currently The Ole Post Office. They stayed on Main Street for 5 years until the Lord opened the door for them to dance into the space they currently occupy. Many students and families have walked through the doors of 5678 Dance & More. As they enter, the prayer is that they feel at home and like family.

💜 Thank you to the Springville Chamber of Commerce for naming our business "Member of the Month!" We are truly honored!

🌼 Mrs. Shalita would like to thank first the Lord for shining His light on their little studio, second her family for their love and encouragement, next her amazing staff for walking beside her and being such a great support system, and finally all of the dance families that have been a part of our 5678 Dance & More Family!! She and her family love being a part of Springville and serving such a sweet little community!!
