When we have severe weather and you are coming to the shelter at the fire station, please remember that pets are not allowed. This is due to the fact that there may be others in the shelter who are allergic to certain animals, and even the friendliest animal can become aggressive. So, please make other plans and do not bring your pets with you. Thanks.

Franklin county is under a tornado watch until 4 am

At 11:51 pm lastnight Phil Campbell fire/rescue was dispatched to a fully involved structure fire. They requested assistance from bear creek fire department. And then requested man power from frog pond fire and rescue and blue springs fire department. The structure was a total loss but there were no injuries prayers for the family that were involved 🙏🙏

Tonight frog pond fire & rescue was paged out at 9:40 pm of a shed that got blown over onto power lines. 911 notified Alabama power to cut the power off. The building was successfully brought back down there were no injuries. Frog pond fire & rescue enjoys coming out and helping the citizens of the community!
