Special Olympics has launched an updated Athlete Registration Portal to make registration easier for athletes, families, coaches, and volunteers.

The new portal allows users to:
• Create and manage profiles
• Complete forms online
• Save and update information anytime
• Receive form status updates
• Get notifications when medical forms are close to expiring

Most athletes no longer need a doctor’s signature for the medical history portion.

Walkthrough guides and FAQ resources are also available to help families through the process. Check out the new portal here: https://bit.ly/4nnKrl6

🚨 Special Olympics Texas Athletes — We Need YOU! 🔥🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

As many of you know, Texas has been selected as an official host location for the 2026 USA Games Final Leg Run! 🇺🇸🔥 We are beyond excited to welcome this incredible event to Dallas on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Klyde Warren Park.

This historic Final Leg Run will bring together Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) members from across multiple states as they travel through Texas on the journey to the 2026 USA Games — and we want to show them the spirit of Team Texas! 💙🤍❤️

We are looking for as many Special Olympics Texas athletes as possible to join LETR members from across the state and help make this event unforgettable. This is your chance to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime experience, celebrate inclusion, and represent Texas with pride!
