When a new resident moves into Rise Up Transitional Resources, they receive more than a place to stay.

They enter a supportive housing environment designed to help them build confidence, stability, independence, and the everyday life skills needed for long-term success.

Through our Rise Up Success Pathways curriculum, residents are supported in key areas including:

🏃 Health & Wellness
Learning healthy routines, stress management, self-care, and emotional wellness.

💰 Finances & Budgeting
Building confidence with budgeting, saving money, understanding credit, paying bills, and setting financial goals.

🌱 Personal Development
Developing confidence, communication skills, accountability, goal-setting habits, and resilience.

🛠️ Essential Life Skills
Practicing time management, job readiness, household skills, problem solving, and professional etiquette.

At Rise Up, we believe transitional housing should do more than provide shelter. It should provide tools, support, and structure that help residents prepare for a stronger future.

We are looking for a company who would like to be our next Family Sponsorship for our resident who will be starting the community living skills program with us in October. This resident has taken our financial literacy class and will be starting wellness classes this September. She has done her part, it is now time for us to do our part and help her the next three months with rent and utilities assistant while she saves money for a down payment on an apartment of her own. We had an amazing time during our Good Neighbor Serving Opportunity with Harvester Christian Church! 💙 It was a day filled with service, laughter, and building connections. Check out those smiles! 😊

Jasmine, one of our wonderful residents, led a community walk to promote health and togetherness. Plus, she organized a community haircut event, helping everyone feel their best! Huge thanks to her for making such a positive impact! 🙌✂️

May is here—and with it comes fresh energy, meaningful progress, and so many reasons to celebrate at Rise Up Transitional Resources!

This month, we’re seeing the seeds planted earlier this year truly begin to grow. Our residents are showing up, supporting one another, and staying committed to their journeys forward. Through our 8‑week co‑ed program, we continue blending structured lessons with hands‑on skills labs—building confidence, consistency, and real-life momentum every step of the way.
