At ITNGateway, our goal is to guarantee rides to our members for any purpose. This is not possible without a wonderful team of drivers!

Due to rapidly increasing ride demand, we are in need of volunteer drivers now more than ever.
Volunteers set their own hours and geographical preferences, and make a lasting impact on our mission! Build friendships with local seniors by lending a helping hand. Volunteers use their own personal vehicle and must have a valid driver's license.

ITNGateway is also hiring a limited number of part-time paid drivers in order to keep up with ride requests.
Candidates work a flexible schedule and must be comfortable driving throughout Saint Charles County. Paid drivers must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and at least three days a week of availability.

ITNGateway, is looking for a part-time Paid Driver to be available Monday-Friday and alternative weekends. Rides primarily take place between 3 pm and 8 pm so the need is greatest during those hours, but HOURS & DAYS are FLEXIBLE. Interested persons must be highly dependable, energetic, courteous and enthusiastic. ITNStCharles is a non-profit that provides automobile transportation to people 65+, visually-impaired adults, and adults with disabilities anywhere in St. Charles County for any reason. Driver will use ITN CAR or VAN for transportation.

The job entails driving seniors, adults with disabilities, and adults with visual impairment to appointments, jobs, etc., and providing “arm-through-arm, door-through-door” assistance, if needed. The number of rides per day will vary depending on need. Driver will use his/her own vehicle when delivering rides (possible use of company car depending on location of driver)

General qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate an automobile; read detailed maps quickly and accurately; and communicate effectively with ITNStCharles staff.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work without close supervision and meet timelines.
• Ability to plan, organize, problem solve, and prioritize.
• Must have a commitment to ITN's mission and values.
• Must have a clean and maintained car.

Other Qualifications:
• Valid MO driver's license and at least 21 years old.
• Acceptable record of safe driving and clean criminal history check.
• Personal references from three non-relatives.
• Not taking drugs/medications that advise users against driving.
• Ability to carry packages, lift walkers and sometimes a wheelchair.
• Must have a cell phone.

Pay includes an hourly rate plus compensation for mileage.

ITN is looking for a Full-time Ride Coordinator to be available Monday-Friday 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (some flexibility). Primary responsibility will be to schedule rides, coordinate with volunteer and paid drivers, and send daily manifest. Interested persons must be highly dependable, energetic, courteous and enthusiastic. Office is located at 17 Point West Boulevard, St. Charles, MO.

General qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a commitment to ITN's mission and values.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work without close supervision and meet timelines.
• Ability to plan, organize, problem solve, and prioritize.
• Read detailed maps quickly and accurately; and communicate effectively with volunteers and drivers
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Publisher experience a plus)
• Logistical aptitude.

• Valid MO driver's license and at least 22 years old.
• Acceptable record of safe driving and clean criminal history check.
