📚 Need a quiet place to study or get work done? We have a room for that!

The St. Clair Shores Public Library has four study rooms available for patrons ages 18 and older. Whether you're studying for an exam, working on a project, or need a quiet space to focus, we've got you covered!

✨ Study Room Details:
📌 Four rooms available, holds up to four people in each room
⏰ Reserve one 2-hour session per day
🗓️ Reservations can be made in advance
🖊️ Whiteboard, markers, and erasers are available to check out on a first-come, first-served basis.

🛠️ Create, Explore & Get Creative in Our Makerspace! 🎨

Looking for a place to bring your ideas to life? The Library’s Makerspace offers two ways to create, experiment, and explore!

✨ Makerspace Stations: Explore the possibilities using our Makerspace equipment with staff available to provide moderate assistance. Perfect for curious minds who want a little guidance along the way! Children ages 5–11 must be accompanied by an adult, and everyone attending must register.

💡 Makerspace DIY: Have a project in mind? Work independently or with a small group using the Library’s Makerspace equipment. This self-guided option lets you take the lead and create at your own pace. Groups only need one person to register on everyone’s behalf.

Whether you’re experimenting with something new or working on your next big idea, there’s room to create at the Library!

📅 We have a few spots left in our Makerspace Station event on 10/20. We start registration for Makerspace DIY on 10/15. Checkout the Library's event page for more details.
