We are a 206 member complex on 14 acres in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. We are laid out with courts as well as quiet streets. Subject: Free Landscaping Bricks – First Come, First Served

Dear Residents, We have various types of free landscaping bricks available for anyone who would like them. The bricks are located by the Maintenance/Office Garages at Williamsburg Towne Houses.

These bricks are available on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to hold, reserve or deliver any bricks, so please pick them up at your convenience.

Once the bricks are gone, they are gone.

Paint Buckets Reminder: All Paint cans must be properly disposed of by the owner. Paint cans cannot be collected unless the paint is completely dry. Please leave lids off and allow paint to dry fully before placing cans out for trash pickup.

Car Tires: Tires must be taken to an appropriate disposal facility, such as a local tire dealer. DO NOT leave tires in the trash pickup area. Any resident who leaves tires in the pickup area will be charged for Williamsburg's cost to collect and properly dispose of them.

A Few tips from DTE: Take these steps to reduce your energy usage over the next few days and lessen the impact on your next bill:
1. Set your thermostat to a comfortable level. The greater the gap between indoor and outdoor temperatures, the higher your energy costs.
2. Use fans to help keep cool without running your AC. Just remember that fans cool people, not places, so turn it off when you leave the room.
3. Close vents in rooms you aren’t using to direct the cool air to other areas of your home and uncover vents in rooms you’re using by moving furniture and drapes so cool air can circulate freely.
4. Block sunlight from windows during the day to help keep temperatures down inside.
5. Avoid adding heat to your home by using a slow cooker or microwave instead of your oven or stove to cook, doing your laundry and running dishwasher with the dry cycle turned off after dark and using your exhaust fan to move heat out of your kitchen if you must use your stove or run hot water.

1. No fireworks are allowed on townhouse property.
2. Trash pickup is on its normal schedule (no changes).
3. Please bring your trash cans back ASAP after pickup so they aren't blocking the view for the long weekend!

That parking lot is now open.
Please remove your vehicle from the basketball court area as soon as possible so the children can resume using the court for play.

Reminder to All Residents:
Compost and lawn waste may only be placed along Main Drive for pickup. Please do not place yard waste in the small dead end parking lots, or other common areas.

Yes, another reminder about trash!
Due to repairs in the Office/Maintenance Lot, all members who normally place trash in that area must take their trash to one of the main lot collection areas for the June 24, 2026 pickup.
Beginning June 22, 2026, no vehicles will be permitted in the Office/Maintenance Lot while repairs are underway.

Please note:
If the trash company leaves any of your items behind, it is your responsibility to properly dispose of them.
No exceptions will be made.
Do not leave uncollected items in the lot or surrounding areas.
COMPOST bags will ONLY picked up on the Main Drive that is a standing rule.

These rules are in place to help maintain the health, safety, and appearance of our community.

All vehicles must be removed from the Office/Maintenance Lot by:
7:00 AM Monday, June 22.

Lot repairs begin June 22, 2026 and are expected to take 5–7 days.

Please plan to park elsewhere during this time.
Parking on the basketball courts will be available.
Please Park to allow as many spots as possible.

Vehicles not moved by the deadline will be towed at the owner’s expense.

WILLIAMSBURG NOTICE: Roofing crews will begin work June 22, on the few remaining buildings (weather permitting.) Please take any needed precautions.
What to Expect:
Contractors will be on-site during regular working hours, typically 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
There may be temporary noise and limited access to certain areas during the work period.
Please cover/remove items from attic, porch, patio, flower beds, and close windows to protect from debris. If you’ll be away, plan accordingly. The contractors or staff will not move personal items.
Parking restrictions may be in place near work zones. Use area with caution.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete the final stage of this important project. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office.
