An exciting organizational update from our Director of Treatment Servies, Erin Steingruby:
Kyle Clinkingbeard will be promoted to Assistant Director of Treatment Services at our North Campus. Kyle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and healthcare leader with nearly a decade of experience in clinical practice. He currently serves as Assistant Director of Social Work and co-chairs the Trauma-Informed Care Committee, leading systemic and local interventions that strengthen care quality for both clients and staff. He has also served as a social worker at the Competency Restoration Program, placing him in an advantageous position to continue the program’s current success. Prior to his current position, Kyle worked in the for-profit, nonprofit, and academic sectors, providing therapy, leading treatment initiatives, and teaching as an adjunct professor. He holds a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University’s School of Public Health and Social Justice, holds certifications in DBT and EMDR, and is a 2025 graduate of the Leadership Academy. Kyle brings a rare combination of direct clinical expertise, organizational leadership, and a sustained commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
